About Wilsons

Creating better places to live and smart property solutions has
always been at the heart of what we do. Since our beginnings as
part of Christchurch’s post-quake rebuild, we’ve been investing
our time and expertise in the continued growth of our city.

We believe quality, integrity and attention to detail are the
building blocks of every successful project. Whether we’re
creating homes or delivering larger property developments, our
experienced team takes a hands-on approach, considering the
details that make a real difference to the end result.

For our homeowners, that means thoughtful spaces that make
everyday living easier, more comfortable and more enjoyable.
For our development partners, it means experience, transparency
and a team committed to delivering a quality outcome.

Whatever the project, we think about what matters, so everyone
can live in their element.
